HIGH Season: May and June weekends, Easter Week, July, August, September, Long Weekends, Holidays and special events.
LOW Season: Rest of the year.
MAXIMUM APARTMENT OCCUPANCY:
AP1 = 1 bedroom for single or double use, 1 bathroom, kitchen, sitting room with double sofa bed and balcony. Maximum 5 occupants.
AP2 = 2 bedrooms for single or double use, 1 bathroom, kitchen, sitting room with double sofa bed and balcony. Maximum 7 occupants.
AP Plus = 2 bedrooms for single or double use, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room with double sofa bed and balcony. Maximum 7 occupants.
DEPOSIT
A 100 € deposit will be charged at check-in time on arrival day. Deposit will be refunded on departure day (at check-out time), after verification of inventory, cleanliness and possible damages
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Confirming reservations: To secure your reservation, in addition to a contact telephone number, you will be requested to pay 30% of the total amount of your stay in advance by means of a credit card whose number, owner’s name and expiry date must be provided.
Cancellation policy: Less than 4-night bookings during low season can be cancelled without liability up to 7 days before date of arrival. To cancel reservations of more than 4 nights, you are kindly requested to give us 15 days’ notice from date of arrival. To be informed about the special cancelation policy during high season, please contact us.
Cancellation according to the a.m. terms and conditions entitles you to the refund of the deposit through the credit card.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, there will be no refund of the 30% deposit.
We do accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, MAESTRO, for payment with AMERICAN EXPRESS cards there is a supplement charge of 3% of the total reservation.
